I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with nice modern and spacious rooms offering great city views. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel's location was convenient for both business and leisure, close to key areas in the city. The dining experience had some shortcomings, but overall, it was a good stay.

My stay at the hotel was excellent! The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I loved the delicious chocolate cake provided. The only downside was that the room wasn't ready upon arrival, but being away from the elevators made it quiet and peaceful.

The hotel offers spacious, nice, and clean rooms with a garden view, although some maintenance issues like stained carpet and a noisy fridge were present. The manager is attentive and provides high-quality service, ensuring all needs are met. The location, close to Avenue Paulista and the Jardins area, is excellent for shopping and dining, with some safety concerns at night. The dining options provide a great variety, complemented by a stunning view of Sao Paulo city.

The location was fabulous, with easy access to key attractions like the financial center and MASP, but the inconvenience of not being able to enjoy the hotel's dining due to event bookings was a downside.
